This Visitors’ Guide has all the information you need for a smooth, safe, and respectful visit – including our visiting hours, policies, and essential tips. Whether you’re coming to see a loved one or assisting as a caregiver, please take a moment to review our guidelines so everyone can experience a caring and healing environment.

🕒 Visiting Hours

  • 12 PM–1 PM & 5 PM–7 PM daily
  • No entry after 8 PM

🎫 Visitor Passes

  • Max 2 visitors per patient
  • One bystander per cabin (valid pass required)
  • Passes from reception

📋 General Rules

  • Single attendant policy applies
  • No children under 8 inside wards
  • 2 visitors at a time

🚭 Conduct & Safety

  • No smoking or alcohol in premises
  • No loitering, sitting/lying on patient beds
  • Use bins for all waste

👜 Personal Belongings

  • Hospital not liable for valuables
  • No laundry in bathrooms
  • Tipping staff is not allowed

  • Travel & accommodation help available
  • Canteen food as per doctor’s/dietician’s advice
  • Contact reception for any need

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring food or snacks for the patient?

Yes, with prior approval from the patient’s dietician or doctor. Otherwise, please use our canteen facilities for meals and snacks.

Is parking available for visitors?

Yes, ample parking is available adjacent to the main entrance at standard rates.

Can you help outstation patients and their families?

Yes, we provide travel, accommodation, and local guidance support. Please contact our patient relations team for assistance.

What should I do if I lose my visitor pass?

Please inform the reception immediately. They will help you with the procedure for re-issuing a new pass after verification.

Are children allowed to visit patients?

For patient safety, children below 8 years are not permitted in wards or cabins except under special circumstances.
