Dr. Mangala holds an MBBS and MD (Pharmacology) from SCB Medical College, Cuttack. Actively involved in academics and research, he has multiple national and international publications. he has received additional training in ACME, FAIMER, Pharmacovigilance, and Materiovigilance, and serves on both the Institutional Ethics and Animal Ethics Committees.
