Dr. Basanta completed an MD in community medicine in 2002 and has since built a strong academic career across several reputed medical institutions. he has served as faculty at Andhra Medical College, Eluru; GSL Medical College, Rajahmundry; MKCG Medical College, Berhampur; and Venkateswara Medical College, Puducherry. Since July 2012, he has been serving at Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, continuing to contribute to medical education, clinical care, and academic advancement.
