  • Allowed only with written permission from Consultant/Dietician.

🚫 No Flowers

  • Flowers are not allowed in patient areas for hygiene and safety.

💊 Pharmacy Policy

  • All medicines must be purchased from the hospital pharmacy only.

📵 Photography & Mobile Use

  • No photography or videography allowed inside hospital premises.
  • Mobile phone use may be restricted in certain areas.

🏢 Lobby Waiting

  • Attendants are requested to wait in the ground floor lobby unless permitted otherwise.

📁 Patient Records & Belongings

  • Please take care of all personal belongings. Hospital is not liable for loss/theft.
  • Return all records and passes at discharge.

Admission & Discharge Process

  1. Admission: Pay initial deposit, submit ID/TPA/insurance paperwork, and receive your hospital records.
  2. During Stay: Medicines from our pharmacy only—no outside medications permitted. Return all visitor passes at discharge.
  3. Discharge: Settle bills in full, collect prescriptions and discharge summary, and return your hospital record card.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get admitted to KIMS?

For admission, visit the front office with your doctor's advice note, fill the admission form, and submit required documents (ID, insurance if applicable). Our staff will guide you through the deposit and paperwork.

Can I bring medicines from outside?

No, all medicines must be bought from the hospital pharmacy to ensure quality and safety, unless approved in writing by your consultant.

What are the discharge procedures?

After your consultant advises discharge, bills must be settled, all passes and records returned, and you'll receive a summary and prescription from the staff. Please make arrangements for transport home in advance.

Are visitors allowed at any time?

No. Visiting hours are fixed for patient safety and comfort. Only one attendant is allowed to stay with a patient; others must visit during designated times.

Can I use my mobile phone inside the hospital?

Mobile use is permitted in most areas, but must be switched off in ICU, operation theatres, and other restricted zones as directed by staff.

Who should I contact for help during my stay?

Our nurses, floor managers, and the patient relations team are available 24x7 to assist with any concern or special need. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help at any time.
