Frequently Asked Questions
Can I visit my family member in the ICU?
Yes, but visiting is strictly regulated for patient safety. Only one or two family members may visit at fixed times, and must follow hand hygiene and infection protocols.
Who provides updates about my loved one’s condition?
Our doctors or nursing supervisors provide regular, honest updates to the designated family representative. We encourage you to ask questions—your understanding matters to us.
Can I bring food or medicines from outside?
Generally, all food and medicines must be supplied by the hospital to ensure safety and quality. Special requests can be discussed with the medical team.
How do you prevent infections in the ICU?
We follow international infection control protocols: hand hygiene, regular sterilisation, restricted access, and use of protective gear. Our audits help maintain the highest safety standards.
What support is available for insurance or TPA claims?
Our billing and insurance helpdesk works closely with your family for documentation, authorisation, and all TPA or insurance processes, to ensure smooth discharge.
Are family meetings and counselling available?
Yes. We offer daily family meetings with doctors, and can arrange counselling for emotional support and understanding your loved one’s care plan.
Your Safety, Our Priority
Every patient and family is guided with clarity, compassion, and transparency—from the moment of admission to recovery and discharge.
