Dr. Madhusmita is a Professor in the Department of Pathology with over 10 years of experience. She leads renal pathology services and serves as the Technical Head of the Central Laboratory. Trained in NABL ISO lab audits, she has also received specialized training in PAP smear examination, immunofluorescence (direct and indirect), GI pathology, and FISH. Dr. Madhusmita has authored over 25 publications and remains actively involved in diagnostic excellence and academic advancement.
