Dr. Soumya completed MBBS from VSS Medical College, Burla (2001–2007), and pursued MD in Microbiology from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar (2012–2015). Dr. Soumya has served as Consultant Microbiologist at Ashwini Hospital, Cuttack, and as Senior Resident in Microbiology at SCB Medical College, Cuttack (2018–2021). She/He joined KIMS as Assistant Professor in 2021 and is currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology.
