"Dr. Swaranika is adept in a wide range of diagnostic and investigative procedures, including molecular diagnostics for bacterial and fungal infections. Trained in biomedical waste management protocols and guidelines, she has extensive experience with PCR, RT-PCR, and other molecular assays. She has also completed a four-day NABL training programme on Laboratory Management Systems and Internal Audit as per IS/ISO 15189:2022 standards.
